Iqaluit, NU.- The Nursing Program is proud to announce the recipients of the Dr. Christine Egan Memorial Scholarship.

Dr. Christine Egan nursed in Nunavut for many years, and maintained her relationship with Nunavut, and in support of nursing in Nunavut until her death. Following her passing on September 11, 2001 her friends and family established a scholarship to support Inuit studying in Nursing.

This years recipients are; Wendy Savikataaq (3rd Year), Jena Merkosak(2nd Year), Melynda Ehaloak (4th year), Oopik Aglukark (4th year).
